Throughout our stay, the hotel team went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed, always with a smile and a helpful attitude. Their hospitality made our trip to China even more special, and I can’t express enough gratitude for the outstanding service we received. The staff were very efficient and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean and the beds very comfortable. The location was good and taxis were easily available outside the hotel. There were restaurants and a coffee shop close by.

Friendly hosts who were accommodating and helpful with providing recommendations for our trip. They have been highly responsive throughout our booking period (even prior to our Zhangjiajie trip) 😊 The room was clean and comfortable too :) location is awesome for those going to Tianmen Mountain - the cable car stafion is just a 5 min walk from the inn. We also loved the neighborhood and the amenities - there are plenty of food options and the convenience store is just around the corner 👍 Also the adorable pets kept by the owners made the inn a memorable experience 🫶🏻 really appreciate the hosts and their assistance throughout our trip, will definitely be back next time! 我们在南风北巷客栈住得很愉快，谢谢两位的招待!

The staff was awesome, they booked tickets for me both for Tianmen Mounitain and for the National Park and they helped me for better understanding how to move in the city... In the evening it was a great stay sitting outside for a while in a little frontyard to relax and enjoy the silence... I had a perfect stay

A cozy gem in the heart of downtown, our stay here was super nice.The staff were incredibly kind, providing us with all the information we needed for our trip to Tianmen Mountain, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. They helped us arrange transportation and booked our entrance tickets. Highly recommend this hotel for their warm hospitality and excellent service

It is really close from the cable cars that can take you to Tiamens mountain, and if you decide to take the bus it is also next door. Perfect location, staff did the best to help us and that is also really apreciated.

We are from Singapore, on a Free-and-Easy trip to Zhang Jia Jie for the first time. The location of Zhangjiajie Porui Hotel - Tianmen Mountain is good, short walking distance from "72-Storey" Building and also the Tian Men Mountain Cable Car Station. Next street is along the river that offers good site for evening strolls after dinner. The street where it is located is full of eateries that offers value-for-money and delicious hot food and is readily accessible to convenient stalls. The host/staff are very friendly and offers recommendations for efficient ways to enjoy the attractions in Zhang Jia Jie. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Evening is quiet and offers peaceful nights conducive for sleep.

The location of the hotel is the best, walk only 5 mins to the cable station to go to Tien Men Shan Mountain. The room is super excellent, big and clean, good design, sound proof, great bed, two big pillows.
