The staff were very efficient and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean and the beds very comfortable. The location was good and taxis were easily available outside the hotel. There were restaurants and a coffee shop close by.

張家界国家森林公園から31kmのBreeze & Alley Inn--English serviceは張家界市にある宿泊施設で、共用ラウンジ、専用駐車場、レストランを提供しています。Yongding Districtにあるホテルで、Tianmen Mountain Ticket... とにかく親切。行く前からWechatのやりとりで、天門山のチケットを夜遅くの予約開始時に取ってくれたり、空港からの送迎を頼んだらタクシーの方が安いからと教えてくれ、タクシーの運転手とも話して着いた所で待っていてくれたり。一度で張家界が好きになりました。 周りはとても雰囲気のある繁華街。食べ物屋さんがいっばい、マッサージもいっぱいあります。教えてもらったマッサージ屋さんも最高でした。天子山のケーブルウェイが故障した時も心配して連絡をくれて丁寧に代替え手段を教えてくれました。いつも説明がとても丁寧で分かりやすいです。 コンセントもたくさんあって多くで泊まっても喧嘩にならないと思います。シャワーも快適です。エレベーターはありません。可愛い猫と犬がいます。

In the evening it was a great stay sitting outside for a while in a little frontyard to relax and enjoy the silence... I had a perfect stay

This is the perfect hotel to book for sight seeing. Reception spoke English and Zhang Guwei helped us with everything we needed. He was the best! Modern room with mountain view. Everything you would expect from any hotel. Restaurants are nearby walking distance. They also help with buying tickets in advance. Do not hesitate to book this hotel!

It is really close from the cable cars that can take you to Tiamens mountain, and if you decide to take the bus it is also next door. Perfect location, staff did the best to help us and that is also really apreciated.

The owner and daughter, Lisa were excellent host. They were so welcoming, helpful, friendly, kind, honest and professional. Lisa could speak English quite well. She is a very smart young lady. The location of the hotel was so convenient to all access. We enjoyed staying at Borui Hotel and will definitely recommend to friends, relatives and if we were to stay in Zhangjiajie again, we WILL stay at Borui Hotel. Again....we loved staying at Borui Hotel. ❤️❤️❤️

The location of the hotel is the best, walk only 5 mins to the cable station to go to Tien Men Shan Mountain. The room is super excellent, big and clean, good design, sound proof, great bed, two big pillows.
