Facilities like wash machine was big plus. ‌The staff truly exceeded expectations.‌ they helped m to perfection,vert comfortable and the staff resolved every request booked ‌Tianmen Mountain tickets‌ ,arranged transfers to park,airport.‌ Highly recommend!

The staff were very efficient and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean and the beds very comfortable. The location was good and taxis were easily available outside the hotel. There were restaurants and a coffee shop close by.

Location is excellent, near the tianmen mountain cable station, central bus station and a lot of restaurants with good food. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. The owner was really kind and always willing to help with whatever I needed.

They helped us arrange transportation and booked our entrance tickets. Highly recommend this hotel for their warm hospitality and excellent service

Mayroon ang Zhangjiajie Borui Hotel - Tianmen Mountain 张家界天门山泊睿庭院酒店 ng fitness center, hardin, shared lounge, at bar sa Zhangjiajie. Everything was great,the staff very friendly and helpful.It s near to a lot of restaurants shops and only 5 min (by didi)away from train station .
