Very conveniently located and really comfortable and clean. We had a small issue with the bathroom and were able to communicate with the staff really fast and they sent someone who dealt with it in a matter of minutes! Very responsive and attentive!

This is such a beautiful property, no expense has been spared, making this a great experience to stay in, the bathroom is fantastic(best shower I’ve come across all over Colombia) towels soft and fluffy hairdryer good, The room is spacious amazing woodwork to shutters doors and floors, big comfortable bed, flat screen smart tv, and good WiFi in rooms. Nice seating area and great location. Good selection at breakfast. Reception spoke good English . Tried hard to find fault but couldn’t!

We arrived in the early morning 5am and security were accommodating, they let us in to relax while we waited for check in. The location is great, located next to a convenient store and really short walking distance to the square and meeting point for walking / cycling tours. Good facilities - pool table, cinema room, restaurant, bar etc. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Clean room - cleaned every day with fresh towels and toilet paper Good food in restaurant. The room we stayed in had little noise cancellation from outside the hostel but this wasn't a problem for us, it didn't affect our sleep and they also provide ear plugs which was a nice touch so I wouldn't list as a negative just a note to those who may be affected by this. Warm shower.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and safety during my entire stay. A special thank you to Laura from the staff and the hotel driver Andrés, who were incredibly supportive and helpful during an unexpected emergency situation. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. The rooms were comfortable, the location ideal, and the overall service exceptional. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bogotá!

Our 1 and 3 year old appreciated that the room was spacious, as it is an older hotel. The place has a lot of charm and is in a great location. The showers have warm water and there was a fridge in the room. Overall, it was probably the best value for money place that we've stayed in Colombia so far!

Set in a charming house decorated with exposed brick walls and gabled roofs, Hotel Muisca offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and flat-screens in La Candelaria, Bogota’s historic centre. Carlos and the other personnel were very welcoming and friendly. We felt like home and had a very good time in Bogota. The roof terrace is nice and a great place to have breakfast.

Located next to the Cristóbal Colón Theatre and opposite the San Carlos Palace, Hotel De La Opera offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Facilities include an indoor pool. It’s beautiful. Great views from the roof top restaurant. Excellent food.
