We had arranged an airport pick-up for our arrival, and were greeted by David, the owner, and immediately we were put at ease by his warm and kind ways. Upon arrival at Markasa, a warm Colombian coffee was waiting for us and we went upstairs to settle in to our room before taking a walk on the beach. Our room was impeccably clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were also very impressed by the excellent selection of TV options, with full access to both Netflix and Prime Video. An amazing home cooked breakfast is available (at an excellent price), we are very grateful to Sandra for her kindness and cooking. During our stay, David was available 24/7 to help us with anything we needed, including dinner delivery, transportation, information, and even coming with us to a nearby restaurant to make sure that we were treated like locals. We have so many positive things to say, but ultimately the most essential thing is that David, Carmen and Sandra made us feel like we were family.  The cherry on top was having our hearts warmed every day by Milagros, one of the sweetest dogs you will meet.

Camera e bagno grandi con balcone sul mare. Ottimi gli spazi comuni, soprattutto la piscina sul tetto con vista a 360 gradi, che si può usare fino al volo di oartenza. Buona organizzazione generale.

We got a lovely room with ocean view with the balcony. Prime location. Friendly staff and very helpful. Most of them speak English. Breakfast was excellent.

I will truly recommend this hotel , because of great position in Cartagena. Room service ,ladies which were cleaning everyday , stuff in restaurants was so great, friendly and pleasant. Nice place with two pools outside, gym ,tennis court…. etc. Two restaurants in hotel with so delicious food and drinks like Pina colada and Coco lemon we truly recommend to taste it.

Las Americas Torre del Mar is a luxurious beach complex boasting a beachfront location in north Cartagena upon La Boquilla Beach. Posizione fronte spiaggia ottima ,colazione ottima ma la zona ristorante era nella struttura adiacente non proprio comoda

Las Americas Casa de Playa is a tropical beachfront complex located in northern Cartagena. The hotel is right in the Caribbean Sea has two pools and is very clean. But most importantly the staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful especially our favorite Hector.
