The hotel is beautifully decorated and very cosy. Every team member we spoke to was incredibly polite, warm and fun. English and Spanish are accommodated. The room was lovely with a ceiling fan and lovely bathroom with a very good shower. The rooms don't have windows to reduce noise from the neighborhood which helped me to sleep very soundly. Breakfast was a simple but delicious local selection of arepas, eggs, etc. I just loved the place and the people working there.

I love the rooftop at Viajero! It's such a great social environment. The staff at Viajero are amazing! My friends Jota and Angie always throw an amazing party! The bartenders, John, Marlo, Ezekiel, Harbey, and Sylvie, are always whipping up some delicious cocktails and working hard. The cleaning staff always make sure the entire hostel is spotless even with all the messy tourists. The reception people always smile and give their attention no matter what you need! I love this place and I recommend it to everyone all the time.

Many $250+ hotels don‘t give you such a service. If this hotel would have a gym, it would be 5*. The rooms, the interior, the staff - the best value for money I ever had. This hotel is EXCEPTIONAL !

Set 200 metres from El Poblado Park, Golden Valley Hotel offers 4-star accommodation in Medellín and features a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. Excellent location and lovely staff. Breakfast is ok for short visits, and the rooms are comfortable. Also, they were so sweet to offer us a lunchbox because we had to leave before 7 am.
