Since we entered the property, we felt very welcomed by the amazing receptionist Vira. She made sure we were taken care of and was eager to help with any issue we had. Breakfast selection was great, and food was delicious.

Location very easy to get to town through bertramka. Convinient, larger than normal rooms for sane prices. We stayed at the week before christmass and the hotel was a relaxed spot but not empty. Homely feeling , room service is fine. Room have a lot of storage space and well heated in winter. Reception has the most friendly and kind attitude. Closing at 6pm but you can always open with your room card. If you look for a reasonable priced option is prague - there you have it! Plus, they have the most balanced and satisfying breakfast, freshly served, always clean and refilled fast. They have enough tables now, opposed to past situation.

The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh options for everyone. From pastries to eggs and fruit, everything was top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from start to finish. The rooms were super clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Overall, a fantastic stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

Located 200 m from the Anděl metro station, Occidental Praha Five is a 10-minute journey from the historical centre of Prague. I totally loved staying there :) My room was actually better then expected, the TV was huge and nice, and the bed is super big and comfy. The staff was very nice and helpful, I couldn't want more. Thank you so much!
