Clean, the staff helpful, breakfast was good not all pork so i can eat, the bed was good, a bit noisy with the AC but didn’t matter, the location perfect for me because not too close to the city so not noisy, because for going around the city 3 hours already enough to see everything in there ( not too big ). It is located just in the heart of the old town, surrounded by historical places and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Monika for her warm welcoming and making our stay joyful.

Room, bathroom , bed … everything was perfect. The spa is super nice and included, staff was friendly at all times. The Bar want mind blowing and could have a better selection of wines. But also here super friendly staff and nothing really to complain m.

This family-run hotel in central Aachen offers bright rooms. It is a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and Aachen Cathedral, with the Carolus Thermen thermal baths a 3-minute walk away. Everything was great, the room was especially clean and so cozy! I was a bit late for breakfast so the host made me two sandwiches to go!

This 3-star hotel is located in the historic centre of Aachen, 200 metres from Aachen Cathedral. The Mercure Aachen offers a 24-hour reception, air-conditioned rooms and an underground car park. High standard rooms, spacious and clean, great beds and aircon. The hotel is situated in the city centre, very central and only a short walk from the old town, pubs and shops. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Parking felt safe in a garage across the road.
