We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel organized a cake for my brother, who had his birthday on that day. I have messaged them in advance to ask if they can do that, but didn’t expect that they would also decorate so nicely the table and even write a personalised birthday card! Room was overall modern and clean, with nice views of the park. Very good value for the money.

Kölni kesklinnas paiknev City Hotel Storch on vaid 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel MediaParki ärikompleksist ja Christophstraße metroojaamast. Great hotel! The room was clean and cozy, and the staff was very friendly. I had to check in late at night and was a bit worried about getting into the hotel, but communication via WhatsApp was so clear, helpful, and polite that the check-in process went quickly and smoothly. Thanks for the great service!
