Located 1.4 km from Cologne Zoo in Cologne and just 100 metres from the nearest metro station, 1st Floor Köln 2 features free WiFi access and on-site private parking. The room was wonderful and very quiet, parking was easy off street next to the hotel, could not have been any more convenient.

The owner was very hospitable and accomodating and the flat was really nice and peaceful! The city centre is about 40 minutes walking distance away or 4 stops on the tram/metro, so you can very easily get there. There is designated parking spot for the house and the area seems really safe, so no issues parking there!

Really gorgeous and beautifully decorated, like out of a catalogue. Beds were super comfy, good curtains to keep light out, and airy with windows open. Also has a terrace to hang out outside. If you need to use the W/D, ask the host to show you where it is since it's located in the basement. Very kind and responsive hosts. There is parking on the street, at 5 euros for 24 hours. There is a pizza place next door that is delicious, as well as a bakery, so easy to go downstairs to pick up fresh baked treats. There is a huge walk in closet upstairs, was thinking it would be perfect for a crib when our kids were young! Very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

The entire apartment, the kind hosts, the neighbourhood are all just amazing. The interior design of the apartment is of good taste, and very clean. They provide good coffee maker, and full culinary items where one can prepare meals at the apartment like being at home. There were few big and nice parks nearby, where I could do my daily exercises, great! There is a very nice little Italy restaurant just 1 min walk and a good bakery down at next door made the stay extra good! The host was so kind and nice to have let me had an early check-in, as well as a very late check-out which had truly a great help for me, Thank you very much Andreas!!

I even mentioned that I forgot to bring my towel and asked if he knew of anywhere that sold cheap towels and he offered to give me one. Also, this is the biggest bathroom I've seen :p

Great spor for a couple of days. Very comfortable and gad everything we needed. Maybe a bit far from the core but it was a nice walk.
