This 5-star-superior hotel offers elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi, a 400m² day spa and Caroussel Novelle restaurant. Everything about it was what I’d have expected from a Relais & Châteaux property. The staff was incredible. Although it’s a short walk (10 min) to the old city, using the tram makes it even easier.

The room features a TV with local channels, but it's not a smart TV, so you'll need to know German to follow what’s on 😊👍. We requested an early check-in, and they were incredibly accommodating! The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay!
