Very good location: close to Bodensee and swimming spots, Old Town just across the bridge. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice rooms with air conditioning and soundproof windows. Breakfast was good and with lot of choices even if you arrived there late. Lot of books and magazines about Konstanz and Bodensee in the lobby so you can get ideas for your trip.

Tento hotel stojí kousek od Rýna a od centra Kostnice. Poskytuje bezplatné Wi-Fi připojení a bohatou snídani formou bufetu. We booked here to break up the coach journey between Milan and Zurich airport. It's perfectly placed with the park, river and lake very close by. There is a mixture of old and new and also not far to walk to the swiss border. There is a good shopping centre with a variety of shops along with supermarkets. Downstairs at the hotel, there is an Irish themed bar with a good variety of draught beers. There is also a number of screens showing football etc and Sunday is Karaoke night. We were on the 2nd floor and could only hear faintly. If we didn't have to be up so early, we would have stayed. The food is excellent! We had meals there both nights as it was so good and quite reasonably priced, too. Even non-residents go there, which shows how good it is. It is table service too, so better. The only downside is that we couldn't stay longer. We've already decided we're going again as it was so lovely and we didn't get to see half of Konstanz and when we do go back, we will be booking the Bilger Eck again.

Just a 5-minute walk from Lake Bodensee and Konstanz’s Old Town, ibis Konstanz offers elegant rooms. A beach is directly opposite the hotel. The hotel is new or has been recently renovated. The furniture in the rooms was in excellent condition and the room was very spacious. The entire hotel is very clean.

As you enter into the property and seeing the large garden, table and chairs in terrace from full view window right in the middle, and the large living space, you know everything worth it. Actually, the surprise comes after you really enter the second door. There's a tiny space for wardrobe right after the main entrance. It's really cozy and wonderful sitting on the sofa seeing beautiful garden and sunshine in sky early in the morning, eating the breakfast made from the kitchen. The kitchen equipped with every kind of cookware, oven, stove, coffee maker, etc., and they are all fancy expensive brands. The property space is large enough and no separate from sleeping bed. With huge pillows we slept well. The location is great too (not from the view of transportation), right opposite the road is a Edeka supermarket. Only 3 mins walk is the Rhine River, the openness and beauty of riverside is terrific. We take a cab to the property from Konstanz station spent 13 euros.

I do really appreciate that basically the landlord helps us a lot, he provide the everything which we need, for instance, we need add two more beds cause we have like 5 people, and he just said it is ok, and also we found the light of the apartment is kind of dark and the landlord just move the more brighter light bulbs to us and it exactly works. So I think he is so good for these services. I recommend someone to stay here!
