This modern and cosy 3-star superior hotel is located in the north of Leipzig near to the airport and trade fair in a peaceful yet easily accessible location. I need to tell you that this hotel really surpassed all my expectations about customer service. Firstly, when we came to breakfast almost at its end because of the stressful morning, the personnel hasn't told us that you're too late but instead allowed us to stay and offered us a coffee. Then we were allowed to stay longer to have some rest. Moreover, I forgot my headphones bag in the room and then found it but I haven't told it to the cleaning person, so he found me in the restaurant, informed me about it and asked, if it was me who took it. The hotel itself is far from the city centre but if you travel by car, it's not a problem at all. The hotel has enough parking places and a garage as well. The restaurant is really good. We enjoyed all our meals. The room was quiet. Also on the 3rd floor there is a comfortable corner with sofa and armchair where you can seat. The room was well equipped and has enough space for 2 people.

The apartment was perfect, not too deep into town to make it a difficult drive. We were travelling through Germany to get to Poland and this was awesome. There was a fridge and the ability to cook also, with two hobs. We were not aware of this as we booked last minute, but certainly a perfect place to crash overnight if you're just passing through. The bathroom was immaculate and the beds were comfy. We were pleasantly surprised. Thank you!

Great location if you are going to LBM and I think anywhere else, the tram station is just around the corner. Clean room, small but adequate to our needs, very clean overall. Awesome staff, friendly and patient with my lack of German, tasty breakfast with lots of options. The hotel itself is charming, with a delightful restaurant on the ground floor. We'll come again!
