Super clean, quiet location. It is accessible to subway just across the street. The subway has 4 stops about 12 minutes to get to the main station in Munich. So it convenient to get around the city and other towns. Breakfast has many options, fruits, yogurts, eggs, bacon, smoked salmon and more. It is wort the price included with hotel price.

Staff always busy housekeeping works hard ,shower ok.kick unruly people out can buy food .signal is good for computer but not so good for phone.its very busy at booking time.cant cook but breakfast room very nice .its very very big .very clean can sit outside at back etc lots of shops around and bus outside Aldi Lidl few minutes wslk away.

Tento soukromý hotel byl kompletně zrekonstruován v roce 2016. Nachází se v mnichovské čtvrti Laim mezi mnichovským hlavním nádražím a palácem Schloss Nymphenburg Palace. Velmi blízko vlakové stanice Laim, na letišti jste do hodiny. V okolí nákupní možnosti.

The room exceeded my expectation! It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It is located in a residential area, a little far from the centre but that makes it a perfect area to have a quiet pleasant stay. You can travel around conveniently as the place is close to a tram station(tram no.19), which can take you directly to the central station or other big train station if you needed to. The host is super helpful, he tried his best to help us book a tour we wanted as well but we couldn't find any availability. That's ok though, we enjoyed the place a lot!

The location was more than ideal being so close to a metro station and only two stops from the central bus station. Room, bathroom and showers were super clean! I was also able to do my laundry with the appliances available (paid 7 euros total for washing and drying via wash app). Very fluid communication with the host via booking who was extremely kind.
