The hotel was beautiful and our room was super comfy and clean. When we arrived, the staff asked us if we had any eating restrictions. Since we are vegans, they were so kind and made sure we had some kind of non dairy milk each morning. The fruit and fresh squeezed juice were great and they even had an omelette station each morning in addition to the other foods..In the evenings, my hubby and I would play chess and when it was chilly, they would light a fire in the fireplace. So cozy. Highly recommend 😀

Located 3 km from the historic centre of Quito and near the World Trade Centre, this hotel features luxurious accommodation with a health club, free WiFi and free breakfast options starting a 2:30 for... I have been coming here for 15 years and it never fails to impress. All the staff are wonderful.

I've stayed here before and will stay again. Stubel is clean, comfortable, and has exceptionally friendly and personal staff. As a solo woman, this was an excellent place to arrive at 4am after a delayed flight. There is a guard always outside, and an attentive 24 hour front desk. I had messaged about my arrival time and they immediately noticed the taxi outside and like were ready for me. This felt both safe and welcoming. This is also a safe area of town in general. Good breakfast with a spectacular view. Highly recommended!

Pablo, the receptionist, cook, administrator, cleaning person, waiter, and 24/7 help is an exceptional person and tireless worker. I have never seen such dedicated person working single handedly to keep the hotel running smoothly.

Swissôtel offers elegant accommodation in Quito’s affluent commercial and residential district. The staff was extremely accommodating. I felt not only safe in the hotel and the neighborhood, but well looked after by the staff. I had a spectacular view of Cotopaxi from my room. See photo below.

We like the hotel so much that we recently stayed 2 nights for my wife's birthday. We love the view from our room balcony and the hotel restaurant on the top floor has a very good breakfast buffet with even better views of the city and the valley to the east. We work out in the gym next to the pool, swim and lounge by the pool and we enjoy the steam and sauna rooms and jacuzzis. The hotel has become a tradition for us to celebrate our birthdays even though it's just 15 minutes from our apartment.

Apartment was clean and safe, neighborhood was wonderful and Patricia was a wonderful host, dealing with some crazy logistics on our part. My husband and I kept comparing her place to some places we stayed in Tuscany, Italy. Ecuador is a hidden gem! Also if you are traveling with a late arriving flight, have Patricia arrange airport transport, her driver is wonderful.

My best stay in Quito - the hostel is relaxing , quiet and the rooms are super clean. Staff are kind and friendly and the pets at the property are affectionate. I couldn’t ask for more from a hostel and will definitely be staying again :D
