The hotel was beautiful and our room was super comfy and clean. When we arrived, the staff asked us if we had any eating restrictions. Since we are vegans, they were so kind and made sure we had some kind of non dairy milk each morning. The fruit and fresh squeezed juice were great and they even had an omelette station each morning in addition to the other foods..In the evenings, my hubby and I would play chess and when it was chilly, they would light a fire in the fireplace. So cozy. Highly recommend 😀

Located 3 km from the historic centre of Quito and near the World Trade Centre, this hotel features luxurious accommodation with a health club, free WiFi and free breakfast options starting a 2:30 for... I really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was really good. Staff was very kind and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and it was everything that I was expecting. Car was very easily accessible and valet was excellent. Rooms were really clean and very spacious. I will return next year!

Situato nel ricco quartiere commerciale e residenziale di Quito, lo Swissôtel vanta sistemazioni eleganti, 2 piscine, campi da tennis e da squash, un centro benessere con vasca idromassaggio e... Siamo stati in questo hotel per 2 volte. La prima (2 pernottamenti) ci hanno assegnato una camera sul viale principale rumorosissima. Alla nostra richiesta di cambiarla, totale rifiuto. Due notti in bianco!!! Abbiamo quindi lasciato scritto alla reception di riservarci una stanza silenziosa per il secondo soggiorno. All'arrivo una signorina estremamente maleducata ci ha assegnato nuovamente una camera sul viale principale, nonostante la prenotazione precisa e le nostre lamentele. Inoltre per farci il ckeck-in - notare bene: ore 21:00 e che c'eravamo solo noi - ci ha impiegato più di mezz'ora. Assolutamente inqualificabile per un hotel a 5 stelle! Le stanze sono ampie. Il wc della nostra gorgogliava continuamente. La macchina per il caffé / té in camera non funzionava. La colazione è favolosa.

We live in Quito and we stayed at Hotel Quito for my birthday last year. We like the hotel so much that we recently stayed 2 nights for my wife's birthday. We love the view from our room balcony and the hotel restaurant on the top floor has a very good breakfast buffet with even better views of the city and the valley to the east. We work out in the gym next to the pool, swim and lounge by the pool and we enjoy the steam and sauna rooms and jacuzzis. The hotel has become a tradition for us to celebrate our birthdays even though it's just 15 minutes from our apartment.

Apartment was clean and safe, neighborhood was wonderful and Patricia was a wonderful host, dealing with some crazy logistics on our part. My husband and I kept comparing her place to some places we stayed in Tuscany, Italy. Ecuador is a hidden gem! Also if you are traveling with a late arriving flight, have Patricia arrange airport transport, her driver is wonderful.
