The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable — it really helped us relax. The hotel is well located; you can reach the Nile corniche in just a 2-minute walk, and the neighborhood is very nice and safe. We would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to the hotel staff, especially Alaa, Moumen, Houssam, Khaled, and Ilham. They were incredibly friendly, caring, and gave us many helpful tips during our stay.

Everything was super the hotel is new very clean and luxurious accommodations all the staff were helpful specially Ereny and Youssef they were excellent , friendly and very professional.

The staff, the hotel the food and the facilities are exquisite. I love the rooftop pool and spa. All of the staff are so welcoming and can't do enough. I feel safe and well looked after when I stay at Kempinski. The food is superb 👌 the staff are amazing, especially the house keeping guys like Emad and Kaliffe just to name two of these amazing staff. Nothing too much. You comfort and enjoyment is their priority. I love Kempinski and its staff. Can't wait to return.

My stay was awesome, but the real stars are Chico and Billal from the late shift. They were super chill and super friendly, always making me feel welcome. They really made the whole experience so much better.
