They gave us a very warm welcome and helped us check in. The room was very clean, the bathroom sanitized, large clean bed, AC, large screen, offered 2 different breakfast meals with time of our choice, and it was delicious.The front desk was so fast to provide us with everything we needed. It's located in an older and more authentic side of Cairo, which i liked it too. Overall, my stay was exceptional and would book again when in Cairo.

Achmat Karmel , at the reception in the morning , were the image of how hotel front desk personnel should behave...he was very suave , friendly , helpful and gave us a lot of invaluable information that contributed to making our stay so pleasant Mossud ,one of the bellboys , were eager ,friendly and always carried.a welcoming aura with him
