They gave us a very warm welcome and helped us check in. The room was very clean, the bathroom sanitized, large clean bed, AC, large screen, offered 2 different breakfast meals with time of our choice, and it was delicious.The front desk was so fast to provide us with everything we needed. It's located in an older and more authentic side of Cairo, which i liked it too. Overall, my stay was exceptional and would book again when in Cairo.

They constantly checked in to see if I needed anything to eat or drink and ensured everything in my room was perfect. The room was spotless, with excellent cleaning service every day during the week I stayed. Each day, the attention and care from the staff were exceptional. Many thanks again to Rowin, Sarah, the reception team, and the entire staff for making my experience so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to return soon.

Hotel mewah ini terletak bersebelahan pusat membeli-belah Citystars. Ia mempunyai kolam renang luaran yang besar dan 10 restoran bervariasi. Thanks a lot to front desk supervisor Mohamed Gamal for his excellent attitude and professional approach to business.

Ramage Hotel & Resort mempunyai kolam renang luaran bermusim, taman, lounge berkongsi dan teres di Kaherah. Staff was great and so helpful, fast response, clean. Hussein is great person at anytime will find him and reply so fast, and thanks for Genearl Nader and Nasr for everything. Clean,safe and nice place.
