Very clean, comfortable, modern! We felt really good and this hotel was a pleasure to stay at. Would recommend this hotel 10/10. Staff from reception and cleaning lady was super friendly and genuine. Good location, not noisy, but shops are open until late night. The hotel is good, with comfy bed and amenities. Breakfast is fair. All staff is very attentive and kind.

Well there is one area in Cairo to stay and Om Kolthoorm is the best value for money you can get. The staff is soooo friendly and they will out of there way for you. We are a family of 8, and we took 4 rooms all great. Breakfast was fantastic and a great variety for a continental. You could order eggs as you wanted them, I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. The 2 restaurants outside reception are Brilliant and are open 24/7. WE WILL BE BACK

Friendly and helpful staff (Magdy, Nancy and the uncle). Very spacious room with a good view of the surroundings. Hot showers and water, superb sleep.
