My flight landed at 7:30 AM, and they allowed me to check in five hours earlier than the normal time. A driver from the hotel picked me up from the airport, and the manager (Mr. Nabeiyou, if I remember his name correctly) arranged a guide/driver, Kirobal, for me. He showed me all the popular places in Addis Ababa for about 7–8 hours at a minimal fee, providing great insights. I have been with many guides, but Kirobal truly wanted me to love his country and see the real Ethiopia. Breakfast was excellent, and the location is ideal, as Unity Park and Friendship Square are near the hotel. The area is safe, with many good cafés and restaurants within walking distance.
