Stayed at Ecco for 12 days for work, and found the convenience of the apartment set up ideal for a longer stay. The room was cleaned daily and was really comfortable, with wonderful hot showers and lots of space. At breakfast there was good fresh fruit and juice options, and most days I ordered an omelette from the bar. I regularly walked into Bole from the hotel, enjoying coffee at Dukamo, Kaldis, Karavan etc, and dinner at Kategna (all in walking distance). I also used the laundry service during my visit which was very efficient. The hotel felt secure, and the front desk staff were so nice and helpful! I would certainly stay again. Betam amesegenalo!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist specially Mrs HANNA and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

All staff are friendly, do not serve for tips, remember your needs and follow up to confirm your needs. No matter how late it is, someone will wait for you and call you a car. I have simple document printing needs that the hotel will handle for me. In particular, the front desk, Gashaw Asfaw, provided very friendly service during my stay. Merkebu Mebrat was gentle with my luggage and took it to my car across the road. If I came to Ethiopia again, I would choose this place again.

Their services is excellent and very friendly and professional staff. Their room was very clean.

Set in the Bole district, the Ramada Addis, Addis Ababa offers mountain views, a terrace and bar with evening entertainment. I stayed in 3 hotels while in Addis Ababa none matched the service of the Ramada .The Ramada has one of the best concierge services I’ve ever had! I stayed at the Ramada for 10 days. Every morning I came down I was greeted with smiles and jokes. It was a great way to start every morning. My housekeeper always made my room smell like fresh laundry, and kept my suit very clean! She was extremely friendly as well always checking to see if I needed anything to make my stay better! I did have a couple minor problems, but the general manager stepped in and cleared everything up! Hospitality is definitely his number 1 priority.
