I absolutely enjoy my stay at the BW Plus Pearl - the staff is extremely friendly and attentive, the hotel is in a very convenient location (close to the airport but you’re also very fast in the city), breakfast was nice and I also enjoyed dinner in the hotel restaurant. The rooms are big, the bed is comfortable and everything is clean. Big plus is the coffee shop at the ground floor where I enjoyed a fantastic coffee and a very delicious cake. Would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to other fellow travelers!

On the day of my flight out, breakfast was not yet being served but the young man went downstairs to get us coffees.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The service and the staff is wonderful. The airport shuttle worked without problems. The shower was amazing. We stayed for one night and came back three nights later for another layover in Addis. We could leave our luggage at the hotel for these days. On our first night we forgot some cash in the room and they returned it to us when we came back. Also we tried the room service for the first time in our life. Would go back to Lobelia anytime.
