I absolutely enjoy my stay at the BW Plus Pearl - the staff is extremely friendly and attentive, the hotel is in a very convenient location (close to the airport but you’re also very fast in the city), breakfast was nice and I also enjoyed dinner in the hotel restaurant. The rooms are big, the bed is comfortable and everything is clean. Big plus is the coffee shop at the ground floor where I enjoyed a fantastic coffee and a very delicious cake. Would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to other fellow travelers!

Conveniently located and the staff are super friendly and helpful. One staff member went with me to Ethiotel to buy a sim card and waited until I had completed the purchase. On the day of my flight out, breakfast was not yet being served but the young man went downstairs to get us coffees.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist specially Mrs HANNA and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Ramada Addis is my second home in Ethiopia where the staff take good care of guests. the hotel facility is simple, but provide everything you need from the guest room, as well food & beverage. i would recommend the hotel.

The airport shuttle worked without problems. The shower was amazing. We stayed for one night and came back three nights later for another layover in Addis. We could leave our luggage at the hotel for these days. On our first night we forgot some cash in the room and they returned it to us when we came back. Also we tried the room service for the first time in our life. Would go back to Lobelia anytime.

Everything went well. We had three rooms with people arriving on different days, which would often complicate the arrangements but the Jupiter Bole handled everything perfectly. The staff was superb and very friendly. We had several meals in the restaurant and the food was uniformly excellent and reasonably priced. The free airport shuttle provided a very welcoming service. I highly recommend the Jupiter Bole Hotel to anyone who needs or wishes to stay reasonably close to the international airport.
