Just 250 metres from the iconic Kallio Church and 10 minutes’ walk from Linnanmäki Amusement Park, Scandic Kallio offers free 1 GB WiFi and a sauna. Great location, simce we stayed for the concert happening nearby. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean and nice room, comfy beds. Nice breakfast, even had vegan options, so I’m not sure why some reviews are not good. Great value for money and even exceeded our expectations :)

The studio provides everything it promises and met all my needs during my stay. A warm, well-kept space with a very comfortable bed. Ideal location, with a tram stop literally at your doorstep and another one just a short distance away, perfectly covering your transportation needs to get around the city within minutes. Finally, the hostess Stella, both before and during my arrival at the property, provided me with all the information and details I might need. She responds promptly to any messages and questions, and her politeness stands out—a very important trait for me personally. If I visit the city again, I will choose the Trendy Nordic Studio without a second thought

Old but renovated building possessing it's own spirit, so to speak. Quiet surrounding. Nicely enovated apartment extremely well equipped with kitchen and washing appliances. Lots of kitchenware, ironing stuff and roomy wardrobe. Extra blankets and pillows. It provides everything needed for longer stays. Great location with tram station just 100m away.

I liked that the place was clean, had all necessary accessories (like hair dryer, coffee machine, etc.). The host was very responsive and welcoming. Also it was easy to collect the keys. As I am doing an internship in Aalto and trying to experience different areas in Helsinki, then this place is a good one to stay in Kallio. The tram, metro and a lot of nice restaurants are very close by (including vegetarian ones).

Everything was great. Spacious and clean apartment with everything needed for a short or long stay (coffee machine, blender, toaster, dryer, iron, washing machine, cosmetics, coffee, tea, spices, olive oil, etc.). There are bedside lamps and rugs - what is often missing in typical apartments for rent for tourists. Everything new. You feel that you are welcome here as a guest. There are several long-open shops, pubs and restaurants nearby (and a wonderful public sauna!!!). Very good transport to the city center (it's also a short distance on foot).

Very close to the metro station and tram stops. Easy to get into town. Quiet neighbourhood at night to sleep well. Apartment is extremely clean and well maintained. Bathroom and bedroom were excellent. Very well stocked kitchen to cook of needed.
