This is not a paid advertisement - but an actual opinion. And the first time I ever take the time to write a hotel review - but for Maria I will do one. The Maria Hotel is exceptional in every single way. Having stayed in many of the best hotels in the world, I am happy to say that Maria is among the very very best hotels that I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. If you are regular at the likes of Four Seasons etc, you will be extremely happy to stay at Maria. Without a shadow of a doubt, the best hotel in Finland and one of the best in the world. To say that the hotel is luxurious - would be an understatement - it is stunning and so well thought - the rooms are great, the beds are amazing and the facilities, such as the spa, sauna, bar, massages and restaurants and food are all five stars. Thank you very much for the entire team, who made us feel very welcome and comfortable from the first minute upon arrival - from the smiling and pro-active bellmen to Lisa at the reception, who gave us such a warm welcome and was truly the face of Maria from the first moment. Also big thanks to Bryan, who manages the Garden Terrace restaurant, who continued to amaze us with his wonderful hospitality, world class service, guest attendance, recommendations and positive energy. The Maria Hotel just became our new home in Helsinki :) Much recommended!

In a prime location in the Kruununhaka district of Helsinki, Senate Hotel is located 3 km from Hietaranta Beach, 300 metres from Helsinki Cathedral and less than 1 km from Helsinki Central Station. If you go there knowing it’s more of a hostel style accomodation, it’s a nice place to stay. There’s a shared bathroom and kitchen, both of them were clean and nice. We’ve had everything we needed as for consumables. We needed an earlier check-in time, and they were flexible. The lady that greeted us at our check-in was lovely.

Conveniently located in the centre of Helsinki, KRUUNUNHAKA - Crown of Kruununhaka with astonishing view offers a balcony. It is set 2.8 km from Uunisaaren Beach and offers a 24-hour front desk. We cooked for ourselves in the apartment for all our meals

In the Kruununhaka district of Helsinki, close to Helsinki Cathedral, Pikkukoti Meri has free WiFi and a washing machine. The location is walking distance from the wharf to get to Soumelina and Uspenski Church. A tram station is also near the location.

Offering city views, Roost Liisankatu is an accommodation set in Helsinki, 2.9 km from Hietaranta Beach and 500 metres from Helsinki Cathedral. Clean, pretty, central location. Very responsive host who gave proper clear instructions of what to do and how to access the accommodation.

Stay Here Apartment Liisa is situated in the Kruununhaka district of Helsinki, 3 km from Hietaranta Beach, 600 metres from Helsinki Cathedral and less than 1 km from Helsinki Central Station. The Apartment was very clean and well equipped. The Hosts were very helpful and even gave us an extra electric heater upon request. Had a great time.
