The location was in a quiet neighborhood, yet near everything we needed, with easy street parking. The spacious room was beautifully appointed with every need. The staff was friendly, attentive, and saw to our every need, even available via WhatsApp for questions of the moment. The pool was fabulous! The breakfast was perfect. Heym will always be our first choice in Bordeaux.

The hotel and team of Maison Hubert was really amazing, we would definitely stay at this location or any of their other managed properties in Bordeaux if we come back. My mom really loved the Haribo bar! The rooms are a great size, we have been in apartments with a separate toilet/shower room before so we were not surprised by the layout. The decoration is nice and thoughtful - the beds etc are very comfortable. The team was super friendly and helpful, we had a very early flight and they were able to accommodate a bit of breakfast to go.

Location was great, a quiet street that had easy access to all the spots we wanted to visit in Bordeaux just a 10-15 minute walk away. The staff who welcomed us was enthusiastic when we asked for dinner recommendations and she ended up giving us an entire list of food, shops, music, and must-see spots that we found very helpful.
