One of the most convenient features is the parking space provided by the host. Although it's an uncovered spot, it's a significant added value, especially in an area where parking can be a challenge. The services available in the vicinity are top-notch, making everything from dining to shopping a breeze. Given all that Le Topaze offers, including the low price compared to the market, I wouldn't be surprised if the host decided to increase the rate. It's truly a great deal for the quality and amenities provided. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

L'appartamento è molto spazioso, la sala in particolare. Bagno molto pulito e doccia comoda. Cucina completa di tutti gli accessori. Ottima la presenza di una macchina per il caffè Nespresso e un paio di cialde. Molto gradita la bottiglia vino che ci ha fatto trovare il proprietario. Divano comodo, televisione molto grande e con la possibilità di utilizzare Netflix. Wifi funziona bene. Bello in terrazzino anche se il meteo non ha permesso di sfruttarlo perchè era piuttosto ventoso e freddo. Molto semplice recuperare la chiave dalla cassetta di sicurezza. Altro aspetto molto gradito è il parcheggio privato per la propria vettura. La comunicazione con il proprietario è stata sempre ottima.
