Francois is one of the best concierge that I have met in my travels by now; and overall the staff was very friendly, with a lot of attention to details. The city-view room was absolutely breathtaking at sunrise.

Villa Florentine is located in the heart of Old Lyon with panoramic views of the city. This former convent offers elegant guest rooms, a 24-hour reception and free WiFi throughout. Staff were wonderful. Great breakfast. Heated pool and saunas were brilliant.

Es amplio, tiene todo lo que uno necesita. Está muy bien equipado y cuando tuve que llamar por telefono, me resolvieron todo perfectamente y las instrucciones de entrada y salida eran clarísimas.

El Spa es una experiencia y se complementa muy bien con la piscina! El restaurante y bar del Hotel están muy bien! La localización es fantástica para explorar los sitios romanos y ver Lyon desde arriba.
