Alex Hotel & Spa is located in Marseille. Featuring a terrace, this boutique hotel is a 15-minute walk from Marseille’s old port and 200 metres from Saint-Charles Metro Station. Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. They were all very helpful and welcoming. Room was nice and comfortable, good air con and we were able to leave bags in the lobby until we could check in as we arrived early. Breakfast was good too. A very relaxing stay.

The Hotel Terminus is located opposite the Saint-Charles Train Station in central Marseille. Just a 10-minute walk from the Vieux Port, it offers en-suite accommodation with free WiFi. Really enjoyed my stay here, the room and the bed were very comfortable. A big plus is the air conditioning! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the lady at the reception kindly gave me a different room when she saw I had lots of luggage, so it would be easier accessible for me. The hotel is right next to the train station - perfect when you need to catch an early flight.

The bed was too squeaky/noisy.
