Ez a 2 csillagos szálloda mindössze 50 méterre található a Borriglione villamosmegállótól, ahonnan közvetlenül elérhető a Place Masséna és a strand. Excellent location! Public transport works perfect - tram just 3min from the location. The host is OUTSTANDING! Felt like home :) honest, helpful, kind. If return to Nice - 100% will stay there again! Thanks once again for "homefeeling" :) would recommend to anyone !

Very clean and comfortable,all necessary equipment provided, close to public transport and food shops, lovely outdoor terrace.Above all,owner was very helpful and flexible when our plans changed.Will return soon.

It was very nice apartment with everything inside. Just for the parking you have to look a free place. Just 15 min by foot to the centre. The guesthouses were very friendly and nice. I loved it with my family.

Appartement atypique et original has a balcony and is set in Nice, within just 1.6 km of Plage du Centenaire and 1.7 km of Plage Lido. Great location and comfortable place w double kitchen and bathroom. Close to everything we (3 adults) need while doing our 3 full days visiting riviera. Host is very nice and friendly too. Will definitely stay next time.
