Set in Brighton, 700 metres from Brighton Pier, The Lanes Hotel offers sea views. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant and bar. Free WiFi is available. I'm shocked it's so reasonably priced for the standard of room/location/service ( amazing staff!!!) It offers. You feel like you're at home. The sea views from your bed is invaluable. I felt like I had a holiday for 2 weeks in the carrobean. Just waking up to the sea in my bed room window view. Location can't get any better. Staff are bending Iver backwards to help you. I rate it 6 star. Iv been going back for over a decade and will continue to only stay at The Lanes when visiting Brighton....6 🌟

This property is 1 minute walk from the beach. The stylish, LGBTQ+ Legends Hotel is on Brighton’s busy seafront, in the heart of Kemptown. Loved the location, perfect to the Pier. Staff were great. Excellent customer service. Hotel offered great entertainment too.

Just 100 metres from Brighton’s beach and promenade, Hotel du Vin Brighton is 5 minutes’ walk from the pier. The rooms were great, the location was right in the tourist areas, yet still quiet, and the breakfast was amazing.

Opposite a iconic beach, Harbour Hotel & Spa Brighton is set on the lively seafront, about 2 minutes' walk from The Brighton Centre and offers free WiFi. Lovely hotel, great location, and incredible spa facilities (for a fee).

With its sumptuous Renaissance style, The Grand Brighton has a magnificent location on Brighton’s seafront and is just a 5-minute walk from Brighton Pier. I loved everything. Room exceeded my expectations - very clean and roomy. Staff were amazing - friendly, helpful and attentive. Location was great. I visited when storm Bert hit so limited as to what to do. Luckily I chose to stay at The Grand which made up for what I missed.

Located on the seafront overlooking the Brighton Pier, Drakes is a 20 bedroom boutique hotel set in a pair of Regency townhouses in the heart of Brighton. The location is perfect for a view of the sea and the pier. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a gorgeous room with a balcony, and they brought our delicious breakfast up 4 flights of stairs to our room!

Malmaison Brighton looks out over Brighton Marina to the sea. It has free parking, a bar, a restaurant, modern rooms with monsoon showers and outdoor terraces looking out over the water. The room was modern, beautifully decorated and fit for purpose. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was clean and spacious. The hotel has many great amenities suitable for vacation or work.
