Loni at reception was fantastic! We arrived earlier than check-in time and she was able to find us a room, as it was my birthday and she was so kind. The rooms were beautiful, with a spacious shower and comfortable beds. The rooms were equipped with irons, hairdryers, and coffee and tea sets. It was a fantastic choice for my birthday and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The location was perfect too, within walking distance of Liverpool Street station and Brick Lane. I will definitely be coming back again!

The staff were excellent - very relaxed and friendly. Great location and lovely eating areas. I loved that they put music on for when you enter your room. It adds an extra special touch.
