Everything was excellent especially the ladies at the reception. The check in process was smooth, they even have a champagne welcome drink. The room size is perfect as well as the bathroom. The best part of course is the location if you want to be near all the shopping areas.

In the heart of London’s theatre district, the elegant Haymarket Hotel is surrounded by restaurants, bars, and is just next door to the Theatre Royal. loved the pool. the bed was great. the room was charming, with the Kit Kemp decoration. Despite lots of sound outside, the double windows kept it quiet inside. the staff were lovely. chocolates on day 1 were wonderful. cake pops on day 4 were a cute idea. it's a very very pretty hotel and runs perfectly. also loved the fresh berries at breakfast.
