This hotel service is exceptional .. I want to tell the hotel owner that the customer care girls on the reception were great .. But, maria and tata were the best they were exceptionally professional, friendly, supportive, and caring for every little detail .. they did everything they could to keep our trip going smoothly. Really they helped a lot .. with booking trains .. and ticketing spas restaurants .. they are sooo kind ... and extremely helpful .. even the hotel staff are detail oriented ... i highly recommend this hotel because they make their best to make you happy and comfortable... thank you again for maria and tata.. and all the others

The room is small but cozy, with a very private pavilion. 3. Location is quiet and local residential area. Close to the cultural center. Generally this property is a place with great value I’ll def recommend to friends who come to Tbilisi.

Everything was perfect. A very beautiful hotel with all its charm, and the atmosphere is captivating. It felt like living in a castle. We arrived on November 22nd, and the lady at reception was very polite and always tried to help. Unfortunately, we didn’t ask her name, but she was absolutely amazing. A big thank you to her!

I really like the location because it is surrounded by beautiful buildings and close to many touristic points including old town and rustavali street.
