The location of the hotel is very good, close to restaurants just 5 minutes walk away from the restaurant. Staff are very friendly and ready to assist, especially the waitress at the breakfast. Forgot my wallet in the room, hotel staff sent it to me to the airport with a driver in a sealed package.

This is by far the best accommodation I have stayed at in Tbilisi. My bf and I really enjoyed staying there and will only stay at this hotel from now on. The rooms are so cozy and extremely clean. The breakfast is lovely. The location is amazing- in a busy part of town but tucked away in a small alley/courtyard. The staff at reception and breakfast was really nice and polite. On top of that, we were able to bring our pets (extremely important to us) and they were super accommodating, even cleaning the room when we requested so we could take our pets with us while they were cleaning. They provide all essentials such as toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, Slippers, bathrobes, blowdrier, coffee, tea etc. We honestly loved our stay so much we are already planning our next stay in December! Please keep up the good work and affordable prices.

They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. They were also super helpful when I needed to extend my stay. The room was also awazing and the view in the balcony is something you must experience. There is no question, next time I am in Tbilisi this is where I will stay.

11-minute walk from Aghmashenebeli Avenue, Communal Hotel Plekhanovi features air-conditioned rooms with satellite flat-screen TV in the Chugureti district of Tbilisi City. The whole stay was absolutely exceptional! I'm not even going to search for other options for the future stays in Tbilisi, never ever! Great rooms, great service, amazing bar and restaurant. Breakfast is a must!
