A bit of a walk to the Plaka and The exterior area surrounding the hotel looks a bit dodgy but once you enter you will be very pleasantly surprised and impressed

Just 300 metres from Panathenaic Stadium, Zappion Hotel is in the centre of Athens City. It features air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi. Facilities include a snack bar and a shared lounge. The location is perfect. It's near the city center and well connected. You can even easily reach many beaches via public transportation. There are restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores nearby. And I felt safe walking around in this neighborhood. But what I loved above all else was that the staff were wonderful. I felt like I was really well taken care of during my entire stay.

We loved everything about this apartment. The top terrace especially was amazing with the acropolis view. The apartment itself has a very nice interior. The location is within 15-20 mins walking distance to the Acropolis. But right next to it are very lovely areas and neighborhoods which are more for locals. We received very good recommendations from the host, George, for restaurants and terraces in that area.
