We liked the view of the lake from our room. The room was functional and clean. The breakfast was good too, with many options. We had a spot reserved for us to park our motorcycle inside the gate of the property.

Katerina is an incredibly hospitable and kind hostess who knows all there is to see in and around the region of Ioannina. The rooms are very clean and the beds comfortable. Every morning we received a delicious breakfast from Katerina (with a spectacular view of the lake and the island) and we would walk through our plans for the day. She always had some additional recommendations and was very helpful. The first night, she even drove us to the city centre so we could take a (€10) taxi back and have some drinks in Ioannina. She also arranged a guided hike with her husband Dimitri along the Aoos river to one of the monasteries near Konitsa, which was beautiful and not too hard. We can 110% recommend staying here!

The view was spectacular, and we loved everything about this place. A very homey feel and one of the best places to stay in the area! The went above and beyond with EVERYTHING!!! The kitchen had everything that you needed with many treats and different coffees to start the day. The complimentary wine was a nice touch and there were nice extra touches with the towels wrapped with a ribbon and some lavender sprigs for decoration. It was one of the BEST places that we have stayed at and we wish that we could have stayed longer. It is a short drive into the city, but a nice treat to stay just outside and view the city from the balcony.

Even medicines and first aid kit! The quality of cleaness is realy impressive. The fireplace has been an huge asset! And after all, the politeness of Giannis, who owns the appartment, can guarantee an unforgetable stay. Thanks for everything!
