If you need to move around Guatemala City or you need to arrange business trips you can arrange everything through the front desk (highly recommended).

The lady who checked me in (I think her name is Danielle, but I may be wrong bc this was almost a month ago now) was just stellar! I arrived early in the morning around 7am, tired out bc I'd been up the entire night, so I wasn't thinking straight. It was like she knew I needed extra help. She told me where I could get breakfast, take my meeting call, wait for my room and did her best to get me a room way ahead of the official check in time. This was so nice and I really appreciated it.

Located in Guatemala City’s Zona Viva district, this stylish hotel offers a gym and a Jacuzzi on 19th floor with panoramic city views. Each spacious suite includes free WiFi. Excellent hotel. My room was really big, comfortable king bed, big TV, water, coffee, tea for free. Very nice bathroom. All very clean. But the best was the view (11th floor) on the city and volcanoes behind. Even better view from the top floor (18th) where I also enjoyed in jacuzzi (did not work, but the pleasure was to be in warm water and watch the panorama of Guatemala City). Staff was nice. Breakfast very good, with a lot of tropical fruits. Location of the hotel is excellent, lovely area where one can walk safely. Several restaurants and two big modern shopping malls very close.
