From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the excellent front office staff, particularly Leo, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Leo was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met and that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from recommending local restaurants to arranging transportation for us. The hotel itself was stunning, with modern and luxurious accommodations that exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, and we felt pampered and well taken care of during our time there. Overall, our experience at The Upper House Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the fantastic service provided by Leo and the rest of the front office staff. Every single thing in this hotel made with thoughts to state a clear perfection. I've booked the Grand Premier Peak View Room (Newly Renovated) on the 52F - just WOW. "HK Island is in your hands" this is my description for the room-view. The facilities are modern with a classic attitude & you can feel the same thing at every place you go around the hotel. A superb breakfast. Exceptional cleanness. Location - 1min walk to HK Park. The hotel connected to Pacific Place shopping centre. 8min walk to Admiralty MTR station. bottom line, with no surprises, this hotel worth his fare.

El Butterfly on LKF Boutique Hotel Central está situado en el distrito central de Hong Kong y ofrece habitaciones con conexión WiFi gratuita. El hotel estaba muy bien ubicado. Nos alojamos en una habitación en piso 21 y los bares de las terrazas del edificio lindero no estaban funcionando, con lo cual el ruido de la música de los bares cercanos fue tolerable. El hotel te brinda acceso a agua filtrada aunque no dan botellas, te dejan te y cafè en la habitación donde también hay un calentador de agua. Lo mejor es que nos dieron un wifi portatil que nos fue de mucha utilidad. El tamaño de la habitación era suficiente considerando que está en HK.
