From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the excellent front office staff, particularly Leo, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Leo was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met and that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from recommending local restaurants to arranging transportation for us. The hotel itself was stunning, with modern and luxurious accommodations that exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, and we felt pampered and well taken care of during our time there. Overall, our experience at The Upper House Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the fantastic service provided by Leo and the rest of the front office staff. Luksusowy Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong położony jest na wyspie Hongkong. Amazing facilities and services. Pool and spa were amazing. Would come back.

Świetna lokalizacja, tuż obok stacji metra. Dojście do stacji HongKong ( metro na lotnisko) zajmuje 7/8 minut. Wygodny pokój, duża liczba poduszek do wyboru. Bufet śniadaniowy obfity, ale trochę powtarzalny - trzeciego, czwartego dnia zaczyna się nudzić. Bardzo dobra siłownia, z basenu nie korzystałem. Wzorowy personel.

"HK Island is in your hands" this is my description for the room-view. The facilities are modern with a classic attitude & you can feel the same thing at every place you go around the hotel. A superb breakfast. Exceptional cleanness. Location - 1min walk to HK Park. The hotel connected to Pacific Place shopping centre. 8min walk to Admiralty MTR station. bottom line, with no surprises, this hotel worth his fare.

The location is amazing! Super close to metro station and shops. The service is great, the room is always immaculate since they do house keeping and a downturn service on an evening.
