Leo was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met and that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from recommending local restaurants to arranging transportation for us. The hotel itself was stunning, with modern and luxurious accommodations that exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, and we felt pampered and well taken care of during our time there. Overall, our experience at The Upper House Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the fantastic service provided by Leo and the rest of the front office staff. Friendly staff, extra care for kids, provided more towels and bathroom kits for our toddlers . staffs were being helpful for booking lunch and giving direction for local attraction, the hotel itself is a piece of art, with great food selection and truly one of the best hotel in HK.

A superb breakfast. Exceptional cleanness. Location - 1min walk to HK Park. The hotel connected to Pacific Place shopping centre. 8min walk to Admiralty MTR station. bottom line, with no surprises, this hotel worth his fare.
