Very nice layout of the room. Shower was big and warm water came quickly. Aircon worked well, but a bit strong blowing over bed. The kitchenet and dinning made a big difference, adding to comfort.

The hotel itself was stunning, with modern and luxurious accommodations that exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, and we felt pampered and well taken care of during our time there. Overall, our experience at The Upper House Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the fantastic service provided by Leo and the rest of the front office staff. Overlooking Victoria Harbour, Mandarin Oriental offers elegant rooms with 48-inch flat-screen TV, 8 dining options including Michelin Star restaurant Mandarin Grill+Bar, a spa and fitness centre. Friendly staff, extra care for kids, provided more towels and bathroom kits for our toddlers . staffs were being helpful for booking lunch and giving direction for local attraction, the hotel itself is a piece of art, with great food selection and truly one of the best hotel in HK.

A superb breakfast. Exceptional cleanness. Location - 1min walk to HK Park. The hotel connected to Pacific Place shopping centre. 8min walk to Admiralty MTR station. bottom line, with no surprises, this hotel worth his fare.
