Very helpful front desk with fast check-ins and outs. Convenient location with the Hung Hom metro station being close by. The restaurant at the top of the hotel was amazing

I stayed here twice and would stay here again. Staff is really friendly, welcoming and professional. I cannot emphasize enough how clean the rooms were and this is the main reason why I am writing this review.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, the staff are friendly and had provided us excellent services. We would like to stay at K11 ARTUS again when we visit HK next time.

You get a 10% discount if you're a guest at the Hotel but sadly we were informed of this only during our last breakfast. Super close to MRT and walking distance to lots of places like Nathan Road, Avenue of Stars, the various night markets, etc.
