The room was really clean and the bed comfortable, even though it was not in Split, the location was perfect, there was a public bus just around the corner that only costs 13 kunas, there are also restaurants, supermarkets, and really beautiful beaches at walking distance. The owner was extremely nice, I forgot something in the room and he drove to Split to get it back to me. Amazing! Thank you very much!

Located in the Stobreč district, about 7 km from the centre of Split and its UNESCO-protected Diocletian's Palace, Rooms Zvonimir offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. It was a nice room with a balcony and amazing view on the mountain and the sea. The host was very friendly and helpful. I have enjoyed my stay there very much. The room was close to everything, to restaurants, to the shops, to the beach.

We stayed in a very well-equipped apartment that had everything we needed. The ground-floor location was perfect, surrounded by plenty of plants and trees, which kept the place cool without needing to use the air conditioner. The owner was extremely polite and welcomed us with a delightful homemade lemon liqueur. Sea is beautiful and there weren't a lot of people on the beach (we went in june). Very peaceful place. I am sure coming back again.

Staff is extremely kind and polite, the room was renovated recently and it almost feels like you’re staying in a hotel since super clean. Nice outdoor area too. Beach is nearby, takes only a 10 minute walk. I’d like to stay here again.
