The staff was hands-down best we experienced yet. Edward and Billy (but the others too) went above and beyond to make us happy and help us wherever they could. They were awesome!!! Design of the lobby and restaurant area are beautiful and the food is great: both the snack menu at the pool and the breakfast were lovely.

Terletak 48km dari Taman Mini Indonesia Indah, BELVA huis menawarkan penginapan 2-bintang di Bogor dan mempunyai taman, teres dan restoran. The staffs are friendly and helfpul. The vibes of the hotel that feels like an old 'home'. Kind of reminds me of my grandmother family house. I like it. The room is clean, albeit small and windowless. The bathroom is also clean. The bed is clean and comfy enough. But at the price I paid, it's more than enough. I didn't have time to try the meal at the cafe but the coffee is decent. This probably is a hidden gem of a budget hotel. The staff, vibe, and facilities are definitely worth (or exceed) the price. And it also located at Suryakencana, lots of culinary places and shops, also very close to the Bogor Botanical Garden. Recommended for a solo traveller or bussiness work that looks for a budget place to rest.

The residence is nice,the room big and clean,bed confortable but I was stunned by the lack of sink in the bathroom !very very strange!we never saw the staff,only the guardian .the structure has a guardian 24h and a private parking for motos and cars.the location is far from the botanic garden but we rented a motorbike in front of the railway station.
