The bed was comfortable, the room was nice and there were some chair/couches to chill and relax or read outside the room. The bathroom has no hot water but you don't really need it at all in Surabaya. Overall, it's good value for the price.

Menawarkan pemandangan bandar, Oakwood Hotel & Residence Surabaya di Surabaya mempunyai penginapan, pusat kecergasan, restoran dan bar. staff hospitality were excellent. all staff that i met, was greeting me politely and nicely. i had trouble with electric stove in my 2nd night, and they moved me to other room with working stove. been staying here since 2019 when i visit hometown, will do again in the future.
