Additionally, chefs Haris and Nasrulloh went above and beyond by preparing exclusive meals for us that weren’t even on the menu. Their culinary expertise and personalized service were unforgettable. These individuals made our stay extraordinary and set a new benchmark for hospitality. Out of all the hotels we’ve stayed in worldwide, The Westin Surabaya stands out as the best. Very clean and spacious townhouse. Lots of personal touches by the owner made the place feel very homely. Comfy beds and pillows. Good AC throughout. Rear terrace was an added bonus. Strategic location close to the city but away from traffic and street noise. Lots of great food nearby. Very good communication with the owner. Thanks Jane, will definitely stay again!

The host was amazing and incredibly helpful from getting my girlfriend the keys, showing her around the building, showing her where to get food, taking her to stores to find gifts, helping her with taxies, helping with getting a sim card, and so much more! He went out of his way to accommodate everything you could possibly need or want and helped make the trip as smooth and fun as humanly possible. Bonus round he hand wrote a message i wrote him to leave in the room on my gf's arrival for me with a flower, messaged me to let me know she arrived, set up the rides back and forth to the airport, and at the end of the trip when she forgot her flight pillow in the room, he sent it in a taxi to the airport to make sure she had it before her flight. with that said, the host alone was well worth the price, the room is awesome to top it all off and clean! I have nothing but good thoughts and experiences for this location and host.
