Il Wards Hotel con pub è un accogliente e conveniente hotel sito nella zona del Lower Salthill di Galway. Si trova a dieci minuti di distanza a piedi dal centro della città. La struttura era molto comoda, molto pulita, a poca distanza dal centro città, con pub annesso, dove abbiamo brindato all anno nuovo,....lo.Staff molto amichevole e attento. Fabio e Alessia

A 600 metri da Grattan Beach, Shoreline Apartments offre una terrazza, e alloggi climatizzati provvisti di patio e WiFi gratuito. C’è un parcheggio privato disponibile sul posto. The apartment was spotlessly clean, warm, comfortable, well appointed and modern. Everything you need was available, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, fridge, iron etc etc . The location was good for us - we were a family of 5 adults and we liked the walk along side the coastline and past the golf club on Salthill Promenade . We also walked to the city which was an approx 35 minute walk but we like to walk so it suited us but the walk to the city may be too much for a family with young children so a car would be useful. There are also taxi’s/ubers available which we used one time as we were going out to dinner. Uber was quick and easy. If you don’t want to go into the city - which would be a shame if you didn’t - there are lots of bars, pubs, shops, cafes and restaurants on the street behind the apartment and 5 mins walk away. But I would recommend a visit to the city as we visited the cathedral which was beautiful and the Spanish arch. We also did a tour of some of the well known pubs such as Garavans which was recommended to us. And some of our party took a dip in the sea off the platform on Salthill Promnede! We loved Galway and would definitely go back.

Dotato di un giardino e una sala comune, Lisheen Lodge è posizionato a Galway, a 1,1 km da Grattan Beach e 1,6 km da Ladies Beach. Vinny was an exceptional host. I messaged him a few days prior, asking if we could store our bags as we were getting into Galway quite early. He assured me it would be no problem. I was blown away when he checked us into our room and set out a fresh plate of scones and tea service. Do not pay any attention to the negative reviews. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was perfect for a day out on the town. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Galway.
