The hotel is ideally located between the buzz of Galway city and the relaxed seaside resort of Salthill. Dinner was amazing for NYE. We were very pleased with the entire experience.

The award-winning, 4-star Galway Bay Hotel overlooks Galway Bay and is situated on Galway’s Blue Flag beach. Both hot and cold buffet available. Very tasty. Servers were very attentive.

Overlooking the famous Salthill Promenade, Galway Bay and the Clare Hills, this elegant hotel features a 25-metre swimming pool, a whirlpool, and a large gym. Restaurant food was excellent The staff in the breakfast dining and the main restaurant were great, The hospitality was very pleasant. The rooms were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The friendly, warm and affordable Wards Hotel and Pub is located in the Lower Salthill area of Galway City. A 10-minute stroll will bring you to the city centre. the location was pleasant and quiet, near to the centre by walk / about 15 min /, breakfast was excelent and Guiness in the cosy and stylish restaurant in the evening too

I messaged him a few days prior, asking if we could store our bags as we were getting into Galway quite early. He assured me it would be no problem. I was blown away when he checked us into our room and set out a fresh plate of scones and tea service. Do not pay any attention to the negative reviews. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was perfect for a day out on the town. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Galway.

We LOVED St. Judes! The home was spectacular and they thought of everything to make our stay extra comfortable. Breakfast was freshly made everyday and something we looked forward to. Ifa was a pleasure to chat with every morning and was so helpful in answering our questions. We walked into town everyday and it was an easy and convenient walk - 20 minutes tops. We easily took the local bus from the train station thanks to Tony’s detailed directions (there is a stop right outside the B&B)
